In the Wells' laboratory, we study congenital disorders of O-glycosylation (muscular dystrophy and intellectual disability), post-translational modifications, viral spike proteins, glycosylation in cancer, N-linked microheterogeneity, and glycoproteomics/mass spectrometry.
